To suspend a customer, go to the customer's tab on the navigation bar and click manage.
Choose the customer you wish to suspend from your customer list, by finding the desired customer in your customer list and going to the rightmost of that list item and clicking the 3 dots to view the selected customer detail page.
From there, you'll be on that customer’s detail page, where you'll see all the data and orders related to that customer. At the top of the page, you'll see a “Suspend” button, which acts as a switch. Clicking the button will alternate the customer's suspension status, click the button to the status you want the customer to be in.
