To view your current customers, click on the customer's tab on the navigation bar, then click manage.
Here you will be presented with a list of all your non-suspended customers. You can view customers that you've suspended by clicking the suspended customer's tab at the top of the screen.
Each customer item in your customer list shows the number of lifetime points they have earned, the number of points they’ve spent, their rank, how many points they currently have, their age, and their sex. You can use the search bar at the top to find a specific customer based on their name and can sort ascending or descending order.
You'll see no users in your customers in your list if you haven't had any signups on your OAL app. Your customers from your Square account are not imported, however, every new customer on the OAL app creates a customer object in your Square so that all their data is linked to your Square. You are able to merge a customer in the Square account if you want to merge old stats with new stats.
